摘要

A number of manufacturing enterprises are locked into low-end value chain, facing shutdown or even collapse, especially affected by the current outbreak of financial crisis. However, many famous enterprises, relying on independent intellectual property, can turn adversity into opportunity, and thus obtain a lasting competitive advantage. As a result, many companies turn into cultivate independent intellectual property famous brand, in order to support the enterprise reap the core competitiveness in the market. This paper, taking enterprise growth theory as guidance and brand competitiveness theory as basis, defines the growth concept of Independent intellectual property famous brand, builds the concept model of growth competence of Independent intellectual property famous brand; seeks the key factors of growth competence of Intellectual property famous brand by making using of factor analysis, and analyzes the internal structure relationship of growth competence, aiming at helping enterprise to grasp inherent growth law of intellectual property famous brand and make effective operation decision.
