The Method of Process Knowledge Acquisition and Application for Corporation Basis in the Technology of Business Process

There are lots of acting processes of intelligent capital, structural capital and relation capital in the business process of corporations. If the process knowledge of corporation is managed well, it not only can offer supports of decision-making for corporation to make knowledge strategy, but also can accelerate sharing and recycle of process knowledge and improve the level and efficiency of corporation management. This article investigates the process knowledge acquisition from the point of operation process and according to the discussion of business process technology, as well as the factual application of idiographic corporation, establishes a method of acquiring corporation's process knowledge through the technology of business process.
