The Shaping Machine Reformed by Numerical Control System

摘要

It is intrducing the shaping machine reformed by numerical control system and self-developed CNC system for shaping machine. The NC shaper is reformed by the numerical system and shaping machine, the control system is adopted by the open PC bus organized structure as its hardware; the design of its software is adopted modularization and structuralization, with graphic characters menu user interface, and functions of Graphic Programming, tabulated curve programming, simulation run, auto-checking instrument, tool abrasion automatic compensating, real-time processing control and dynamic tracking display system.
