Strengths and Weaknesses of Excellent Athletes in Track and Field of Capital College and University and Applied Research in Track and Field Training

摘要

By using athletes who have double items in track and field events of Beijing colleges and universities held during 7 years as research object, and by making a study of individual event. The finding illustrate that there is vivid characteristic of double items in high-level amateur, and such a characteristic employed in specialized training and got a good achievement.
