Industry evolution has a far-reaching effect on the economic structure, and the development of the regional economy is just a pattern formed by gathering and spreading of spots and lines by enterprise. The service industry in China is showing great promise, so the best choice of the city for the development of the regional economy is the modern service industry. We need not only the "Made in China " but also the "China Services". The city should take the service industry as the dominant one, scientifically adjust industry distribution, spread the functions of the city service, and transfer the service industry into the service regional economy.
