Measurement the Solubility of Indinavir Sulfate in Ethanol,methanol, Ethyl Acetate and Tetrahydrofuran by Ultraviolet Visible Spectrophotometer

摘要

The solubilities of indinavir sulfate in methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran were measured by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer over the temperature range of (277.85 to 333.75) K under atmospheric pressure. The experimental data were correlated by modified Apelblat equation. The results show that the solubilities of indinavir sulfate in the selected solvents increased with the increasing temperature.
