摘要

The solubilities of indinavir sulfate in methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate and tetrahydrofuran were measured by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer over the temperature range of (277.85 to 333.75) K under atmospheric pressure. The experimental data were correlated by modified Apelblat equation. The results show that the solubilities of indinavir sulfate in the selected solvents increased with the increasing temperature.
