摘要

Software reuse is an effective way to improve the efficiency and quality of software development. Reuse based on component is the main form of it. This paper studies component-based software development method and development model, establishes the human resources management system component structure model and MES-oriented multilayer human resources management system, resolves the problem of human resources management system software development code repeat and low efficiency.
