The presentation is about sound mathematical methods for intelligent systems from the system company perspective. Following IEEE an intelligent system is about theory and applications of systems that perceive, reason, learn, and act intelligently. It is a systeM that learns during its existence. In other words, it senses its environment and learns, for each situation, which action permits it to reach its objectives. It continually acts and by acting reaches its objectives more often than pure chance indicates. Examples touched in the presentation are unmanned autonomous vehicles, also C4 I like information systems including decision support e. g. for disaster management.
