Thoughts on the Underground Space Planning and Construction, the Core Area of Qianjiang New CBD, Hangzhou

摘要

Under the circumstances of the scarcity and intensive utilization of land, the concept of the integrated development of urban underground, ground and upground space is being accepted. Because of its advantages in solving the urban environmental as well as urban traffic, energy and anti-disaster problems, underground space gets much recognition. This paper takes the underground space planning and construction of the core area of Qianjiang New CBD as an example. It concludes that in order to implement the plan completely, the plan should be firstly open and operable and the construction should be flexible and progressive with the guidance of planning strategies and compulsive planning control.
