In recent years,various city central areas in the world has carried on construction the varying degree and the different scale of underground urban complex one after another in the course of transformation and recreation. That reasonable organizing and arrangement various function spaces in underground urban complex,is effective guarantee of underground urban complex and even the entire city central area highly effective operation as well as the ecology and the sustainable development. In this paper, various function spaces in underground urban complex has been elaborated,the interrelation among various function spaces has been analyzed as well as respectively reasonable area arrangement of them in underground urban complex, finally,the corresponding evaluation criteria has been discussed.
