In the histrory of electrochemical biosensor development, the first generation of biosensor opens a new area [1] in the use of the biological recognition unit in analytical chemistry. The second one [2] is the mediatorization of the electron transfer process increase the electron transfer rate, offers electrochemists a great chance to control the biological reaction by means of electrochemical active species. The third one is about the directly electron transfer between electrode and enzyme center [3], which open a space for us to communicate with the redox center of the biological molecule.
