In recent years, the private economy in Henan province finished its development by leaps and bounds, after the accumulation of capital, smallscale industries, large-scale operation phase, the private economy has entered a new period of transformation. Its development model and development channels have emerged changes. The role in stimulating the economy shows more deeply, and it has become an important support forces to the economic development of Henan Province and social stability. Through the analysis of the development, the role and the current existing problems of private economy, this article will make a number of relevant recommendations on the development of the private economy in Henan Province.
