THE HUMAN NEED FOR SUSTAINABLE SECURITY

摘要

This paper focuses on three concepts that are essential to human existence and development: human security, sustainable development, and sustainable security. The relationship between these three concepts is obvious: there is no human security without sustainable development and both are included by the concept of sustainable security. Thus, the collective of authors argue that is very important that security policies to become part of the development policies and, in the same time, the development policies to become part of the security ones. Only this approach will create sustainable security based on human and durable security and development.
