摘要

The purpose of this study is to suggest an evaluation method for Theological properties of cement suspensions as a plastering materials. In this study, the rheological properties of cement pastes and cement mortars were tested to obtain fundamental characteristics of the Inclined Blades Rotational Rheometer which was developed by authors in the previous work. First, the super absorbent polymer gels were tested to obtain basic characteristics of the apparatus. In the second, it was investigated applicability of the apparatus to cement suspensions such as cement pastes and cement mortars which were designed various mix proportions like water-cement ratio and sand-cement ratio. Moreover the influences of a viscosity-modifying admixture and a superplasticizer were examined. As a result, it was found that the Inclined Blades Rotational Rheometer could evaluate rheological properties such as viscosity and consistency of cement mortar by the viscosity index and the yield stress index. In addition, the yield stress index is related to the flow value measured by the table flow test according to JIS R 5201.
