Wireless Transmission Network Application System Design in Mine Pressure Monitoring of Coal Face

摘要

In order to meet the intensive and efficient mine construction, unit yield of the fully mechanized coal face should be improved constantly and reliability of production system in mechanized face must be further strengthened. Pressure monitoring technology and equipment in fully mechanized mining must adapt to the new developments. To achieve automation of mining pressure monitoring, problems such as reliable transmission of the collected data must be solved. To optimize the design P89LPC935 microprocessor with powerful processing ability and extremely low power consumption is used to improve the processing speed and constitutes wireless data acquisition system along with nRF905 wireless data-transmission modules. Design of PC machine management system adopts Lab VIEW software, data is stored through ACCESS database. The monitoring system achieves the goals of small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable data transmission, better anti-jamming ability and so on. Thus provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of coal and have certain economic benefits and significant social benefits.
