Discussion on Value Management of Government Investment Projects

摘要

In this paper, value management of government investment projects is discussed. Firstly, it gives a brief analysis of theory research of value and value management. Secondly, it briefly introduces the concept of government investment and government investment projects, and the existing approach of government investment project management in China. Thirdly, it probes into the problem of value management of construction agent system of government investment projects. Lastly, a case of Binhe road reconstruction project of Beijing C. W. district is given, it reveals that value management will play a significant role in the project management of government investment, and it is anticipated to work more to improve the management of government investment projects.
