In this study, the solution for grouting pressure decay along the fracture with parallel walls of the Bingham grouts flow is analyzed. Also, by applying stress intensity factor, the fracture propagation under the grouting pressure is simulated through secondary development of large-scale finite element analysis software-ANSYS. At the same time, the magnitude of inlet volume grouting flow rate, grouting pressure and fracture aperture which influence the fracture propagation are analyzed too, which has significant guiding meaning to grouting theory and the practical grouting projects.
