Knowledge Exchange in Construction Projects

摘要

By the activities of cooperative knowledge creation among the different direct/indirect participators of the construction projects, the projects are completed from the purpose/conception of public/private people/sectors to tangible constructions. The implementing process of construction projects is just one where a series of activities of cooperative knowledge creation are carried out by means of effective knowledge exchange. Activities of knowledge exchange in a construction project are discussed from 3 aspects: ①knowledge exchange between a construction project and its external environment, ②knowledge exchange in different phases of a construction project, and ③knowledge exchange between individuals in a construction project. It is concluded that a sustainable project environment should be established to support knowledge exchange.
