In the context of the SIC-Senegal project, which brings together partners willing to share data related to the development of the Senegal River Valley, we proposed a bottom-up integration approach. The construction of XML documents warehouses (dataweb) from data of each partner allows to propose a solution to the problems of structural heterogeneity. A basic ontology-based knowledge is then generated from partner's dataweb and from the reuse of an ontology of the domain thus constituting a semantic dataweb. This semantic dataweb allows the semantic and structural integration of data from each partner. In this paper we will lay emphasis on the formalization (1) of the integration system of data of each partner based on its semantic dataweb and (2) on the integration system between semantic dataweb partners to share knowledge on Senegal River Valley.
