In a building, outside concrete corridor is a very important member that is possibly disabled for all kinds of such reasons as resistance of structure design and disadvantage change of using load and durability, and so it will be satisfied with ultimate limit states and service limit states. Presently, there are many fastening methods like sticking armor plate method in exterior and carbon fiber method and increasing section method and bundling steel method in exterior and increasing fulcrum method and so on. In this paper, through some found problems in outside concrete corridor in a war industry building which is built in 1960s and not stopped producing, the reason of crack and possible destroyed reason is analyzed and fastened in outside concrete corridor, and outside concrete corridor is continuously used, and the construction measures and technology measures are put forward. Engineering practice has proved that the adoptive methods in this paper are simple and efficient and safe and credible, and so the methods adopted are provided with guidance significance to the engineering fastening of overhanging structure like outside concrete corridor and concrete plate balcony and so on.
