New Process for Manufacture of High Performance and Homogeneity Gas Generating Compositions Such as Metal Oxide/Azide

Homogeneity and safety of processing technique in gas generating composition are very important. This paper presets a new process which has not been presented until now. In this process when crystals of azide in solution of water and dimetylformamide and iron oxide are formed by leaving of water from solution of water and dimetylformamide, concurrent wilh formation of crystals of azide, a solution of toluene and plasticizer and stabilizer are added drop by drop from separately droppir funnel, in the end of process crystals of azide are coated with stabilizer and plasticizer,......, and homogeneity is completed.
