摘要

P2i's plasma process allows the attachment of ultra-low surface energy coatings, one third that of PTFE, to a wide range of substrates, including, glass, metals and polymers. This gas phase process can penetrate complex structures with nano and micro features to form well adhered nano thin films suitable for microfluidic devices. By using this technique multiple assays show comparable performance on miniaturization without the need for individual optimization.
