摘要

According to some 350MW boiler, constant proportional cold mode experimental bench was established,and mixed ability of re-burning gas and the rotating gas in the furnace was mainly studied. The aerial dynamic field in analogue furnace was studied in terms of gas re-burning by changing the velocity of re-burning gas, and overlay of re-burning gas and NOx in the gas in the furnace was put forward. The results show various re-burning gas velocities influence on the aerial dynamic field. The lower the speed of re-burning gas is ,the earlier the re-burning gas offsets the axis of jet stream, which can’t rip into the center of the rotating gas in the furnace , and on the other side, the re-burning gas penetrates through the rotating gas in the furnace for the re-burning air with excessively high speed. Both of things above can’t well recover the furnace gas flow, thus mixed ability of re-burning gas and gas in the furnace is affected.
