Study on Photogrammetric Measurement of Human Body for Garment Design

摘要

In this study, 120 bodies of adult females of middle- age and old-age were measured by hand and photogrammetry. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the measured body data by using SPSS package. Regression equations of relationship among girths, widths and thickness were established and then the correctness was confirmed. At the same time, based on main body dimensions, front and side body silhouette were drawn out. It will be helpful to the design of manikin and garment construction.
