It is urgent to improve the discharge measuring accuracy of the sluice and the precision of the water supply discharge, because of the serious shortage of the water resources and the increasing contradiction between water supply and demand in the Yellow River. We introduce single chip microcontroller technique and converter technique into the original system and get a new type GSLLCY-l discharge measurement and digital processing system. The maneuverability and reliability of lead fish are improved during the practical using on the sluice, as well as the automation degree of the discharge measuring is improved and the measuring time is shorten. Meanwhile, the workload of the technicians is decreased and the work efficiency and the quality of the measurement's result are improved a lot.
