Encapsulation Percent Test of Mitomycin C Multivesicular Liposomes

摘要

To find out the testing method of encapsulation percent of mitomycin C multivesicular liposomes (MMC-MVL), MMC-MVL was prepared by double emulsion and free drug was separated by dialysis. Total and free MMC were assayed By HPLC at 365nm. The results showed that the average value of encapsulation percent of three lot samples was 80%. Encapsulation percent of MMC-MVL could be tested simply and quickly by dialysis.
