摘要

The water insoluble PHBHHx exhibit high biodegradability and biocompatibility. They have attracted increasing attention as drug particles embed materials. 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) was embed in the PHBHHx through solvent-nonsolvent method, resulting in 5-Fu particles which were observed by electron microscopy so as to evaluted morphology and nature of the particles. According to the electron microscope photographs, it was found that the size of phospholipid particles, made of particles, decreased. It help to spread the drugs and have some effects on controlled-release of drugs. Under the optimized conditions, encapsulation efficiency is over 90%.
