The formation of metal sheet by the laser shock usually utilizes the laser shock wave that is vertical to the surface of the sheet. But it is difficult to make that the laser is vertical to the surface of metal sheet when processing the blending surface. So it is necessary to clarify the characteristic of the dynamic deformation of sheet by the oblique angle laser shocking. The model of the oblique laser shock deformation and the deformation of sheet at the shock wave loading are researched, the formula of the deformation in depth is computed, the distance which the center of sheet before loading departs from the center after deformation is also studied. At last, the experimental and theoretical deformation results of the center of the sheet are contrasted, them match well.
