The Computer Emulation - Design and Application for the Double-stage Separating Cyclone Separator

摘要

This article adopts SIMPLE algorithm, and uses corrected k - ε turbulence model and non-staggered grid pressure interpolation method to have numerical value emulation for cyclone separators' flowing field. By studying flowing field property, we proposed optimum separator redesigning plan and have tested it in industry experiment, with practical results excellent.
