WHY MASSLESS PIONS DO NOT PRECLUDE EFFECTIVE CHIRAL RESTORATION IN THE HADRON SPECTRUM

A simple model is presented which illustrates the idea of effective chiral restoration in the hadronic spectrum This model demonstrates that there is no underlying "no-go" theorem based on general principles of chiral symmetry and its breaking which prevents effective chiral restoration from occurring.
