New Eco-Friendly Refractories for High Capacity Coke Oven

In order to improve sealing and coke yield, to reduce fuel consumption, the author had developed series of new eco-friendly refractory product for coke oven:1. Ceramic surface pre-cast module (CSPM) - good sealing, good insulation and long service life.2. High thermal conductivity silica brick (HTCS brick) with special mortar for batteries - high density, high thermal conductivity, energy conservation.After optimal design of refractory, the products had been applied in Bao Steel and other huge steel mills in China, reduced 20-30% energy conservation, 15-20% emission and increased 5-10% coke yield.China is one of world's main producers and consumers of coke. In 21st century, with rapid growing of steel industry, output of coke in China had grown from 150 million ton (2000) to 447.78 million ton (2015) - 68.6% of entire world's coke output in 2015.
