Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development

摘要

First of all, please allow me, on behalf of the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, to express my warm congratulations to grand opening of the 2nd World Renewable Energy Conference. It's a big event for us to face the global climate change, explore the road of sustainable energy development, and promote international cooperation in the energy field. I am sure that this conference will bring about fruitful results and effectively promote energy conservation, environmental protection as well as the further development of renewable energy worldwide. And it will surely help produce more results in terms of cooperation between China and other countries in the field of energy. I'll focus on four points regarding the renewable energy and sustainable development.
