Node Based Interpretative Key Management Framework

摘要

Cryptography is used to establish secure communications over insecure networks. One common way of achieving secrecy over networks is utilizing symmetric keys for enciphering and deciphering data. For using symmetric keys, we require a secure and reliable key management system to generate, distribute, and finally revoke keys. However, there are also many attacks which endanger the security of key management in each step. Therefore, the need of secure key management system is inevitable. Consequently, we came up with a new key management framework which expected to mitigate the current problems that existed. The main advantages of our proposed framework are as follow: eliminating key storage, changing many times key distribution process to just one time interpreter distribution, and increasing security by means of using minutely, hourly, or daily key without need of key distribution. Furthermore, key revocation becomes automatedprocess and IKM does not require revocation call.
