A Comparison of American and Chinese Human Resource Management Models

People are the foundations of enterprises, so enterprises should not only attract high-quality staff but also give play to talents’ initiative and creativity to the maximum extent. At present, enterprises of our country have already begun to pay close attention to the development and management of the human resources, but its management level still drops behind relatively, so there are important realistic significances to study the advanced human resource management of American enterprises. There are systematic theories to support in the human resource management model of American enterprises, and it passes the long-term practice and checkout procedure, so its human resource management model is more perfect and mature. This paper compares and analyses the basic aspects of human resource management of Chinese-American enterprises, has summarized different characteristics of the human resource management models of Chinese-American enterprises, proposes some considerations on how to study and absorb human resource management model of American enterprises scientifically and rationally.
