We present a white organic light-emitting device having the blue, green, and red iridium complexes co-doped in one single emission layer. The device turned on at 3.5 V. Its maximum current efficiency was 7 cd/A at 17 cd/m2 at 0.28 mA/cm2, which corresponded to a maximum power efficiency of 5.7 lm/W. Its Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage 1931 chromaticity coordinate was (0.35, 0.43) at the maximum brightness of 7000 cd/m2.
