摘要

This article deals with the development of a remote detection system for early detection of leakages in the oil and gas pipelines. The system is designed to receive data's from various electronic equipments operating in different frequency ranges and corroborate the data's with suitable formula's to get the ultimate better yield. Four types of information sensors form the major part of equipment: an infrared camera, a video camera, a laser spectrometer and global positional system. A joint data handling allows to determine the presence and location of leakages.
