1V, 10mW, 10Gb/s CMOS Optical Receiver Front-End

摘要

A 1V, 10raW CMOS optical receiver front-end that achieves 10Gb/s operation is presented. The linear gain is 65.6dBΩ (1.9kΩ) and the optical sensitivity is -13.1dBm for a BER of 1e-12. The receiver is implemented in a 0.12μm digital CMOS process with a core size of 175μm×250μm.
