摘要

Using a pulsed laser diode as the emitting light source and a quadrant photodiode detector as the receiving unit, we have developed a new type of laser gauge sensor based on triangulation measurement principle. The sensor can be used for dynamic measurements with a high sensitivity and accuracy, and it has the measurement range of +-10mm. Several parameters of the sensors were given in the paper.
