In this paper will be show a descriptions of the NOMOHI architecture (Node, Mobil, Hybrid, Intelligent); the current capabilities of communication and computing of the TinyOS operating system, as well as the different artificial intelligence techniques that could be used to develop the system manager for the operations of telecommunications and survival functions in such networks, at this point, is proposed to develop a control system based on cooperative Fuzzy Neural Network; and finally the conclusions and the lines of investigation should be followed to support the development of this technology.
