摘要

Roll bouncing analysis of a two-drum winder with 100% recycled fibre (RCF) newsprint has been developed based on the frequency analysis technique. Both operation data and vibration data were collected from paper mills' machine trials for the analysis. The paper roll movement was measured by a laser sensor, from which the high-frequency vibration information can be extracted. Vibration sources are identified through spectrum analysis.
