摘要

A mechanical model of winder vibration with three degrees of freedom has been established and the differential equations of motions are derived based on the Lagrange method, which involves parameters concerning process operations, paper properties and winder geometry. Modal analysis is made to provide the frequency characteristics of the vibration phenomena, which will be helpful for the winder design and the control of the winding process.
