摘要

This study investigates effect of properties of polymer materials (EPDM and Polypropylene (i.e. PP)) and morphology on the performance of Olefinic Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (i.e. TPV) was modified by varying type of polymer (PP or EPDM) and degree of crosslinking of EPDM rubber. Compression set and mechanical tensile strength increase in degree of crosslinking of EPDM rubber. Also smaller dv (volume-averaged particle diameter)/dn (number-averaged particle diameter) ratio of TPV calculated from TEM photograph were excellent in the physical properties.
