Safety Design on Domestic Central Air Conditioning Control Systems

The domestic central air conditioning system is widely used in families, offices and the suitable buildings. Its control systems are the combination of three key elements: technology, economics and safety. This article describes the four common types of domestic central air conditioning systems: water resource and heat pump system, air resource and cooling/heating water system, gas burning system, and VRV system. Through the analysis of the common control systems, the safety design for those systems is discussed, especially for pneumatic control systems and electronic control system. From four aspects: outside air control, heating control, cooling control and competed systems, this article probes into the proposals for safety design.
