摘要

On-line inspection of oil-well tubing is of vital importance to the safety of oil-well production. The system design and working procession of the inspecting equipment of oil-well tubing system based on the method of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) are stated in this paper. High volume and continuous data collecting based on universal serier bus (USB) are performed. By collecting and analyzing the MFL signal of oil-well tubing defects, characteristic parameters of defect's MFL signal are defined and the algorithm of artificial neural network (ANN) are applied to the research for classifying the kind of defects and the estimating to the dimension of oil-well tubing defects. The experiment results show mat the technology is effective.
