Construction Enterprise Management Innovation: Virtual Management of Construction Enterprise

摘要

Virtual management is a new - style pattern of enterprise management, it can improve abilities of enterprises to respond to the change of environment. This paper analyzes the concept of virtual management, inevitability and conditions, in construction enterprises. On the basis of game analysis, operation mechanism is discussed. At last, the paper testifies the validity of virtual management through a case study.
