An improvement of the cleanroom environment by cleanroom environmental simulation software 'CRWIN'(Part 2)

Cleanroom environment simulation software "CRWIN" developed from Sanpo Electrical And Mechanical Engineering Corporation is a simulation software which can be easy to analyze cleanroom environment (airflow, temperature , humidity and cleanliness) without special knowledge of numerical analysis. We introduce the improvement of cleanroom environment to use this "CRWIN", the improvement of cleanroom environment was usually done in experience and intuition, but it give an efficient method of improvement to use "CRWIN".
