Situation of E-government in Lithuania and principles of regulation

摘要

This paper discuses not only the legal background and basis for regulation of e-government in Lithuania, but tries to look at the complexity of the relationships and aspects, involved in this phenomenon. The regulatory issues, which form the hardcore of this paper, could be viewed only as a second-plan nature questions. However, at the same time regulatory environment forms the structural approach to the highly disintegrated nature of e-govemment.
