Drinking Water Directive and Choice of Installation Materials

In the drinking water directive limiting values are fixed for chemical parameters. Some of these parameters can be changed in the house installation, e.g. by corrosion operations. These parameters have to be adhered at he tap of the consumer. The DIN 50930-6 contains application ranges for the different materials. The application ranges make sure that the limiting values of the drinking water directive are adhered to without further check.
