摘要

A three-dimensional multiphase numerical model for the bottom gas-injected ladle has been developed to predict behavior of the inclusions during the Al-deoxidation process. The PSG (Particle-Size-Grouping) method has been adopted to account for the size distribution of inclusions successfully. This paper takes into account three behaviors in the Al-deoxidation process, which can be summarized as follows: inclusion formation, inclusion aggregation and removal of the inclusion. Furthermore, these three behaviors influence the inclusion size distribution, mass fraction and number density together during the deoxidation process. The size distribution of inclusions and variation of the number density and the mass fraction of inclusions are given out during the process.
