The behavior of a hybrid weak power grid, which is fed by wind energy and oil, by the connection and the disconnection of the wind generator and by changing of the wind velocity, is presented in this paper. This grid consists of the unit that produces electrical energy through a diesel motor and a synchronous generator, two automatic control systems, active power - frequency and reactive power - voltage, the system that converts wind energy to the electrical one and an ohmic- inductive load. Moreover, in this paper specific attention is paid to the research of the dynamic behavior of the whole system at three critical events, at the connection of the wind generator, which in general includes the wind motor and an asynchronous generator, to the weak grid, at the disconnection of the WECS both, for different wind velocities, and at a step changing of the wind velocity. Via a general simulation some useful results of the system for the previous cases are presented. Some characteristic simulation results are included in this paper. The outcomes of this analysis may be used for choosing the appropriate parameters for the system so as to result in a stable and more qualitative operation.
